The cat featured in the Meowsterpiece series is the cow cat New New of illustrator Lin. New New’s chill vibe reminds Lin of Matisse's masterpieces. So Lin replaced the characters in the paintings with New New, and breathed new life into old masterpieces, hence the name Meowsterpiece.
