Shipping policy
Shipping fees:
Free Shipping* for orders over CA$49 before tax.
A flat shipping fee of CA$6 for orders under CA$49 before tax.
*Not applicable for orders outside Canada and USA. A flat shipping fee of CA $10 will apply.
Shipping time:
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Please note that there might be some delays for the shipping carrier to update the tracking number and shipping status.
The typical shipping times for orders are as follows:
- Canada & USA: 3-8 business days
- Other countries: 10-15 business days

Please be aware that you can cancel your order before the parcel is shipped out. Once the parcel is sent out, the shipping company is unable to cancel or return the delivery.
